S700
The S700 Semi-Ruggedized Router replaces the IBR600C for IOT.
The S700 comes in several variations. The S700 is available with WiFi 6. The S750 is available without WiFi.
There are models which are available without Antennas or Power Supply. There are models which are available with Antennas and Power Supply. Be careful to choose a SKU which has the components you desire.
The S700 router is a mid-level router designed for Kiosks, Video Cameras, Digital Signage, Building automation and Smart City. It is also designed for Light Industrial usage such as Water Utilization, Waste Water, Gas distribution monitoring and Electric Monitoring.
The S700 is ideally suited for Parallel networking, Pop-up Locations and temporary locations.
The S700 has:
- no Container ability
- SDK and API abilities
- WiFi 6 - (700 model only) able to handle 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz concurrently
- Cat 4 modem capable of handling LTE transmission with 150 Mhz down and 50 Mhz up
- 2 Gb Ethernet ports
- Active GPS/GNSS
- Supports Secure Connect, SD-WAN and ZTNA
Available accessories include a USB to DB9 cable and a DIN rail mounting bracket which allow for the S700 to be mounted vertically.
As previously mentioned the S700 is a mid-range router, sitting between the S400 router and the R920 router.
All products ship with license terms depending on the SKU ordered.
